General terms of sale
Version 1.0, in force since October 12, 2026. Subscriptions are not on sale yet: these terms will apply when the shop opens.
1. Seller and scope
1.1. TRIALO subscriptions are sold by the publisher of TRIALO, a sole trader, SIREN 887 503 290, VAT FR47887503290, whose identity and contact details appear in the legal notice ("the Seller").
1.2. The Terms of Sale apply to any order placed on trialo.app by a consumer or a business ("the Customer"). They supplement the Terms of Use.
2. Offers
2.1. TRIALO offers a Student plan (one person), a Trainer plan (one class, with a number of seats included and optional extra seats) and a School plan (on quote).
2.2. The content, duration (month, semester or year), number of seats and price of each plan are shown on the Pricing page at the time of ordering.
2.3. Students attached to a Trainer's class do not have to pay: their seat is included in the Trainer's subscription.
3. Prices and billing
3.1. Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (French VAT at 20% included). For a business established in another European Union country with a valid intra-EU VAT number, VAT is reverse-charged: the price invoiced is the price excluding tax.
3.2. An invoice is available in the account's "Billing" area.
3.3. The Seller may change its prices; the new price applies to the next renewal, after informing the Customer at least 30 days beforehand.
4. Order and payment
4.1. The order is concluded after the summary is validated and payment is made online by card, through the provider Stripe. The Seller does not keep any card number.
4.2. The subscription is activated as soon as payment is confirmed; a confirmation email is sent to the Customer.
4.3. If payment fails at renewal, the Seller may suspend access to paid features after informing the Customer.
5. Term, renewal and cancellation
5.1. The subscription is concluded for the chosen period and renews automatically for an identical period, at the current price shown at the time of ordering.
5.2. The Customer may cancel at any time, online, from the account settings, or by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, which the Customer may use until it ends.
5.3. Subject to the right of withdrawal and mandatory legal provisions, no amount already paid is refunded pro rata for the remaining period.
6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
6.1. The consumer has 14 days from subscribing to withdraw without having to give a reason, from the account settings or by email to contact [at] trialo.app.
6.2. If the consumer requests immediate access to the service before the end of this period, they expressly acknowledge this when ordering: in the event of withdrawal, they pay an amount proportionate to what was provided up to the withdrawal; once the service has been fully performed, they lose their right of withdrawal (articles L. 221-25 and L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
6.3. This right does not apply to professionals, schools and training organizations.
7. Seats and classes (Trainer plan)
7.1. Each seat corresponds to one student, identified by their email address, attached to one of the Trainer's classes. The number of seats can be increased at any time; the price is then adjusted.
7.2. A used seat is not freed by removing the student or by the end of the class, until the current subscription period has ended.
8. Service provided as is
8.1. TRIALO is an educational simulator: results are fictional (articles 2 and 4 of the Terms of Use). The Seller guarantees no results on real advertising campaigns.
8.2. The statutory guarantees applicable to consumers (conformity of digital content and services, articles L. 224-25-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) remain applicable.
9. Intellectual property and data
Rights in the Service are described in article 7 of the Terms of Use. Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy.
10. Complaints and mediation
10.1. Any complaint may be sent to contact [at] trialo.app. The Seller replies within 30 days.
10.2. The consumer has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge with a view to amicably resolving the dispute (articles L. 611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). [Mediator to be appointed and stated here before the first sale to a consumer: name, postal address and website.]
10.3. European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Changes to the Terms of Sale
The Seller may amend the Terms of Sale; the terms applicable to an order are those in force on the date of the order. Changes are notified to the Customer on renewal under the conditions of article 3.3.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
12.1. The Terms of Sale are governed by French law.
12.2. For a consumer Customer, the competent courts are those designated by statutory rules; for a business Customer, the courts within the jurisdiction of the Rouen Court of Appeal have sole jurisdiction, even where there are multiple defendants.
Effective: October 12, 2026.
