2. Hosting

2.1. The site, the application and their data are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States (cloudflare.com).

2.2. The domain name is registered with OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France.

3. Intellectual property

3.1. The site, the application, their code, texts, educational guides, interface, the TRIALO brand and logo are protected by copyright, trademark law and, where applicable, database law. They are the publisher's property, unless otherwise stated.

3.2. Any reproduction, representation, extraction or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited, subject to statutory exceptions. PDF exports handed to a teacher as part of a course are permitted.

3.3. The Figtree typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.

4. Independence and cited trademarks

4.1. TRIALO is an independent educational tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok Pte. Ltd., Google LLC (including YouTube) or any other platform or ad network, and it is not connected to any of their services.

4.2. Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google and YouTube are trademarks of their respective owners. They are cited solely for reference, where necessary to indicate the educational purpose of the service (Article L. 713-6 of the French Intellectual Property Code; Article 14 of Regulation (EU) 2017/1001), and with no intention of creating confusion about the origin of TRIALO. TRIALO's simulators carry names of their own ("Social Ads (Meta-style)", "Social Ads (TikTok-style)", "Ads (Google & YouTube-style)"): the word "style" only indicates that they draw inspiration, for educational purposes, from how these tools work.

4.3. TRIALO is an original creation. The service does not reuse any logo, code, content or data from the cited platforms; it uses none of their programming interfaces. Its interface is a simplified reconstruction, designed for teaching purposes and presented in TRIALO's colors. It gives no access to any real ad account.

4.4. No ads are served and no advertising payment is made: all results shown are simulated and have no predictive value.

4.5. A trademark or rights holder who believes that an element of TRIALO infringes their rights is invited to write to contact [at] trialo.app specifying the element concerned and the right invoked; the publisher will reply as soon as possible.

5. Reporting illegal content

Any manifestly illegal content may be reported to contact [at] trialo.app (declarant's identity, description and address of the content, reason). Content created by users in the simulator is visible only to its author.

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

7. Applicable law

These legal notices are governed by French law.
